1. Scope of Services
AAA Southern Forwarding, Inc. acts as a provider of freight forwarding and transportation services. When you engage with our team, you're trusting a network that spans across various transit routes and warehouse facilities. We don't just move boxes; we manage the integrity of your supply chain.
Will we handle the heavy lifting? Absolutely. But our engagement is governed by specific limitations on carrier liability and transit times that are standard within the Alabaman and broader US logistics industry.
Liability Protection
Liability for loss or damage is strictly limited to valuation set forth by applicable tariffs, unless excess value is declared and paid for in advance. Transparency matters.
Transit Commitments
While we pride ourselves on precision, all transit times provided are estimates. Factors like weather, port congestion, and regional logistics hurdles can shift timelines.
2. Payment & Billing
Terms are simple: Net 30 unless otherwise negotiated. We believe in honest pricing without the "gotchas" typical of large conglomerates. Have a question about a surcharge? Just ask. Our team in Dothan is here to clarify every line item on your invoice.

3. Claims Process
